How to “Texturize” Your Eyebrows

I was watching a recent episode of 女人我最大and they showed how to draw in your eyebrows and even “texturize” (yes, I know it’s not a word) it so it looks natural. It’s a really cool technique but definitely takes practice! Skip to 5:40 to watch the texturizing part. It’s in Chinese but it should be pretty self-explanatory if you watch the video.
